nous avons du plus petit au plus grand adoré cette maison, tout le confort nécessaire était au rendez-vous ! superbe piscine....belle plage Et cerise sur le gateau nous nous endormions bercés par le bruit des vagues....
Over het algemeen hadden we geen klagen . Het huis was ruim keuken was goed enkel de vaatwasser deed het niet zo goed . In de eetkamer was er genoeg opberg ruimte maar de stoelen waren van mindere kwaliteit vouwstoelen met plastiek zitting waarvan er enkele zeer wankel waren . Salon stof van zetel was redelijk vuil . Bij aanpassing van deze kleine ongemakken zou ik deze woning aanbevelen

grande maison conforme au descripif, multiples chambres avec salles de bains tres pratiques, vastes parties communes, belle piscine bien entretenue, implantation au calme, acces facile à la mer à 5 kms les moins sont plus des details: une seule chaine de télé, pas de piles dans les telecommandes, beaucoup de teles en panne ( adieu les JO). net deficit du ménage à l'entrée, avec plusieurs chambes assez sales, deux avec des colonies de fourmis dans les lits (probablement non utilisées par les locataires précédents), alors que les parties communes étaient impecables: cuisines salles de sejours et terasses. un bon sejour avec plusieurs couples qui ont chacun pu trouver leur espace propre avec une vie collective bien conservée
The house in great shape and the bathrooms are really large and also in very good shape. It is nicely located and since it is so big, our kids - we were travelling with 10 adults and 9 kids - had a great time running around, playing hide and seek and the living room ares offered great opportunities for indoors get together even if bad weather or cold nights for talks or wachting a movie. We got the feeling there were more rooms than described in the ad and it was really good that almost every room had its own bathroom. The ones who hadn't were sort of a family apartment - two bedrooms close together sharing one bathroom - and with no other bedrooms close by. Minuses: * No hangers in the closet * No table lamps in the bedrooms - if you wanted to read in bed, you'd need to have the whole room light up * 4 out of 11 sunbeds were broken and weren't replaced during the whole week we stayed there * No hangers for towels in the bathrooms which lead to everything ending up on the floor * No heated pool so the first four days it was hiddeous to take a swim due to the weather being so bad a few months before we arrived. * No scissors or sharp knifes. We had to buy that for our selfs to be able to cut fruit and meat etc * No oven mittens One afternoon the water disappeared. We don't know why but within a few hours it came back so we weren't that bothered by it. It could also be good to know that there is a super market about 3 min drive from the house where you actually can buy Sangria or dessert wines by tap:-) There also two other - bigger - stores close by with good selection of fish and meat. The beach is about 5 minutes drive and for shopping you could go to Platja D'aro which is a really nice little town. There is also a wine yard called Castillo Perelada about 1-1,5 hours drive away and they offer wine tastings etc. We were a bit disappointed at first - expecting all the green field of grapes and a big mysterious castle - since the tasting is in a boutique in a small town with a castle nereby, but it turned out to be a fun day!

Cette location s'adresse pas aux parsonnes handicapés. Car ils ne peuvent pas acceder a la propriete.Je recommande pour des familles aux groupes d'amis. La location ete tres bien mais il faut bien prendre note que la piscine est loin.

Ein Ferienhaus direkt an der Küste mit tollem Ausblick in einer riezvollen Region! Schade, dass man bei starkem Wind wegen der hohen Wellen und Klippen nicht direkt vor der Haustüre baden. Leider gab es im Sommer 2012 auch extrem viele Ameisen im Hause - in jeder Ritze, sogar in der Spülmaschine. Die Betreiber haben versucht, mit Insektengift die Sache in den Griff zu bekommen - ohne Erfolg. Die Ausstattung der Küche mit Geschirr und Töpfen war lausig - es gab weder ausreichend Gläser, fast jeder Teller war angeschlagen, die Pfannen ruiniert. Auf Anfrage gab es einen neuen Satz Gläser. Uns schien, als werde bei Mieterwechsel das Haus zwar geputzt, aber die Ausstattung nicht kontrolliert bzw. ergänzt. Obwohl an fast jeder Wand eine Verhaltungsregel ("wenn kaputt, müssen Sie es bezahlen!") hängt. Ein weiteres ärgerliches Manko: alle Toiletten und Badezimmer rochen muffig nach Kloake, vermutlich weil z.B. die Waschmaschine keinen Syphon hat und entsprechend die Gerüche des Abwassers ins Badezimmer gelagen.
