We have just returned from a weeks holiday in Rome and we stayed at the apartment in via germanico and we would thoroughly recommend it. The rooms were large, with high ceilings. All the rooms had their own bathrooms. There were televisions in every room. The beds were very comfortable with extra blankets if needed. We arrived late in the evening and owner had arranged a taxi to meet us at the airport, he then met us at the apartment with everything switched on which was really helpful. He called in at the apartment during the week to make sure everything was ok. The apartment was located near the Vatican with shops, bars and transport near by. All in all a great apartment and location.

The department´s location was perfect. There were room enough for 7 traveler as our group was. Small definition for description of department: Departments size was not 5 rooms and kitchen. There was two real bedrooms and compined "twin room" without doors like a living room with additional space, small but practical kitchen, dining room and two toilets. Hopes: Renewing for furnishing, wlan readyness, total new beddings they were more than awful, dirty and in bad condition. Dishes was not clean when we arrived. Thanks: Flexibility to arrange few additional hours for staying and moving to Airport. Also key pickup was more than easy. Owner was meeting us while arriving to department, everything was ready.
The apartment was ok. But it could need some more equipment in the kitchen (it was very few items). I missed wine glasses (only one), wine opener etc. We tought internet was available but it was not. The TV didn't work but after moving and replacing som cables it worked. It was very dirty behind the book shelf!!

Le logis était bien placé, propre et le personnel agréable et disponible, par contre on a réservé pour 8 personnes et ils ont préparé pour 6, avec 2 chambres au lieu de 3, donc 2 enfants ont dormi sur une espèce de canapé inconfortable et on ne nous a pas ouvert la chambre supplémentaire ... pour 3 nuits quand même! Sinon il n'y avait pas de chauffage et on ne nous avait pas dit que l'interrupteur du boiler était à côté de celui de la lumière donc pas d'eau chaude le second soir...
Appartement agréable et relativement bien situé (15 mn à pied du Coliséo). Petit bémol sur la mauvaise "étanchéité" des fenêtres qui ferment très mal et laissent passer l'air (en mars nous l'avons ressenti. Egalement un bémol sur la capacité du ballon d'eau chaude. Nous étions 6 et les 6 ne pouvaient prendre de douche le même jour faute d'eau chaude. Un peu bruyant mais la mauvaise isolation des fenêtres y est certainement pour beaucoup.

The location is perfect with all historical sites within walking distance. Both apartments are very much OK, but it would have been an advantage if some beds had been single beds. The only single bed available broke down. We had to ask for a wi-fi connection which was delivered, but it wasn't working very well, mostly it wasn't working at all. The address list about close Internet points (Internet cafés) was not updated at all. But we had a great time. I can recommend this way of staying in Rome, beeing able to make your own breakfast and relax together with your travelling companions without disturbance.
Bel appartement spacieux, confortable dans un quartier résidentiel avec commerces à proximité. Accessible en transports publics (tram et/ou bus) à partir du centre de Rome (20 à 30 mn - Trastevere, Largo Argentina).
L'appartamento è situato in una bella e comodissima zona, facile da raggiungere a piedi tutte le tappe storiche e mondane della città. Purtroppo il prezzo pagato era nettamente superiore alle comodità dell'appartamento descritteci e tutti i comfort elencati non erano presenti nella dimora. La pulizia sia dei bagni che del locale lasciava alquanto desiderare.
Superbe emplacement proche de tout ,appartement capable accueillir 8 personnes aisément , tout peut être fait a pieds sans problème , superbe accueil lors de la remises des clefs encore merci excellent séjour

La Tv no funcionaba, pero era muy centrico y con aire acondicionado, que es fundamental. La cocina muy pequeña y la nevera también.
Die FeWo ist zentral gelegen. Im Haus befindet sich darunter eine Pizzaria und insgesamt noch zwei Wohnungen. Das Appartement ist vor längerer Zeit aufwendig modernisiert worden aber aktuell schon deutlich abgewohnt. Der Ablauf einer Dusche war verstopft, die andere Duschkabine zum Nachbaraum war undicht. Die Endreinigung war etwas oberflächlich. Die Schlüsselübergabe zum vereinbarten Zeitpunkt durch einen freundlichen Mitarbeiter war perfekt.

Très bon emplacement, tous les sites toursitues importnats sont accessibles à pied, comme les commerces. Petite vue sur le Palais Farnese. Beaux espaces (3 grandes chambres + séjour + rangements) et équipement tout confort (TV, DVD, internet, cuisine équipée, vaisselle et éléctroménager neufs , 2 salles de bain, ...). Un seul bémol : la place Campo Del Fiori est occupée tous les jours par un marché non sédentaire et l'installation des commerçants débute avant 7 heures, d'ou quelques nuisances sonores dans les 2 chambres qui donnent sur la place. Excellent contact avec GianPaolo Marini, très sympathique, de bon conseil, disponible. Je recommande vivement !!!!
