Ein traumhaft spezieller Urlaub inmitten dem genialsten Viertel Roms. Dank der sensationellen Dachterrassenwohnung, konnte man die Stadt und die Menschen spüren, fühlen, hören... Und: alle Seheswürdigkeiten ums Eck, zu Fuss bestens erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und stilvoll eingerichtet. Alles ist vorhanden. Ein sehr angenehmes Haus mit Wohlfühlflair. Sehr ruhig, obwohl im Viertel das Leben herrscht. Alles in allem: Da muss man gewesen sein.

We have just returned from a weeks holiday in Rome and we stayed at the apartment in via germanico and we would thoroughly recommend it. The rooms were large, with high ceilings. All the rooms had their own bathrooms. There were televisions in every room. The beds were very comfortable with extra blankets if needed. We arrived late in the evening and owner had arranged a taxi to meet us at the airport, he then met us at the apartment with everything switched on which was really helpful. He called in at the apartment during the week to make sure everything was ok. The apartment was located near the Vatican with shops, bars and transport near by. All in all a great apartment and location.

The department´s location was perfect. There were room enough for 7 traveler as our group was. Small definition for description of department: Departments size was not 5 rooms and kitchen. There was two real bedrooms and compined "twin room" without doors like a living room with additional space, small but practical kitchen, dining room and two toilets. Hopes: Renewing for furnishing, wlan readyness, total new beddings they were more than awful, dirty and in bad condition. Dishes was not clean when we arrived. Thanks: Flexibility to arrange few additional hours for staying and moving to Airport. Also key pickup was more than easy. Owner was meeting us while arriving to department, everything was ready.
The apartment was ok. But it could need some more equipment in the kitchen (it was very few items). I missed wine glasses (only one), wine opener etc. We tought internet was available but it was not. The TV didn't work but after moving and replacing som cables it worked. It was very dirty behind the book shelf!!
bien situé, dommage je n'ai pas pu profité de la terrasse car il y avait trop de moustique, gros avantage la clim dans les chambres
Het was een heel goed appartement, ook goed gelegen. Alleen vonden we het wel straf dat we 20 euro supplement moesten betalen omdat we na 20 u aangekomen waren, terwijl dit bij de boeking reeds werd meegedeeld. hij rekende ons ook een extra dag toerismetaks aan(hebben we nadien wel teruggevraagd). Op de dag van vertrek moesten we 45 minuten op hem wachten, waardoor we zelf later op de luchthaven waren! O p zijn italiaans!En het restaurant achter de hoek waar we volgens hem 20 procent korting kregen, kregen we na navragen 10 procent. We voelden ons wel wat bedrogen! Hopelijk kunnen we deze 20 euro nog recuperen via interhome, ik heb het bewijsje bijhehouden..

super lokalizacja-bardzo blisko metra,przesympatyczna obsługa.Tylko kilka szczegółów do poprawki:malutkie filiżanki w kuchni zamiast kubków, brak poszewek na kołdrę i kanapa w kolorze białym, na której strach siadać ,zeby nie poprudzić choć już była przybrudzona z racji koloru. Poza tym wszytsko super, klimatyczny apartament,dla 2 osób.Blisko metra-super dojazd wszędzie.Polecam

a perfect apartment if you want to stay close to attractions and restaurants. Quiet area on the day, no traffic, buzz from restaurant goers at closing time otherwise quiet. close to the supermarket.

Appartement liegt in zentraler Lage und bietet deshalb zu Fuß aber auch mit der nur 50m entfernten Metrostation eine gute Basis zur Erkundung Roms. Klimaanlage ist vorhanden. Einen kleinen Balkon habe ich vermisst um mich Abends auch mal nach draußen zu setzten.
l'appartement est idéalement situé à côté d'une station de métro proche de la gare principale, dans un quartier très agréable. Il est dommage que son aspect intérieur soit médiocre (murs, électricité). Par ailleurs la batterie de cuisine est anormalement réduite (pas de saladier, pas de couteau coupant.....), ou en très mauvais état (poêle bonne à jeter).

The location is perfect with all historical sites within walking distance. Both apartments are very much OK, but it would have been an advantage if some beds had been single beds. The only single bed available broke down. We had to ask for a wi-fi connection which was delivered, but it wasn't working very well, mostly it wasn't working at all. The address list about close Internet points (Internet cafés) was not updated at all. But we had a great time. I can recommend this way of staying in Rome, beeing able to make your own breakfast and relax together with your travelling companions without disturbance.
Bel appartement spacieux, confortable dans un quartier résidentiel avec commerces à proximité. Accessible en transports publics (tram et/ou bus) à partir du centre de Rome (20 à 30 mn - Trastevere, Largo Argentina).

L'appartamento è situato in una bella e comodissima zona, facile da raggiungere a piedi tutte le tappe storiche e mondane della città. Purtroppo il prezzo pagato era nettamente superiore alle comodità dell'appartamento descritteci e tutti i comfort elencati non erano presenti nella dimora. La pulizia sia dei bagni che del locale lasciava alquanto desiderare.
Superbe emplacement proche de tout ,appartement capable accueillir 8 personnes aisément , tout peut être fait a pieds sans problème , superbe accueil lors de la remises des clefs encore merci excellent séjour
