Maison magnifique, tous conforts. Très bon acceuil de la propriétaire qui parlait courrament français. Très bien placé pour la visite de Rome.

Les + : situation, espace, chauffage, charme immeuble "typique" Les - : - bruyant et mal isolé (simple vtrage, vieilles fenêtres) - eau tiède malgré chauffage central très perfomant ! - propreté sols
We have just returned from a weeks holiday in Rome and we stayed at the apartment in via germanico and we would thoroughly recommend it. The rooms were large, with high ceilings. All the rooms had their own bathrooms. There were televisions in every room. The beds were very comfortable with extra blankets if needed. We arrived late in the evening and owner had arranged a taxi to meet us at the airport, he then met us at the apartment with everything switched on which was really helpful. He called in at the apartment during the week to make sure everything was ok. The apartment was located near the Vatican with shops, bars and transport near by. All in all a great apartment and location.

The location is perfect with all historical sites within walking distance. Both apartments are very much OK, but it would have been an advantage if some beds had been single beds. The only single bed available broke down. We had to ask for a wi-fi connection which was delivered, but it wasn't working very well, mostly it wasn't working at all. The address list about close Internet points (Internet cafés) was not updated at all. But we had a great time. I can recommend this way of staying in Rome, beeing able to make your own breakfast and relax together with your travelling companions without disturbance.
